Terms of Use
Effective July 23, 2026
1. Authorized access
Management is a private operating environment provided by Problem Media LLC and powered by Problem Intelligence. Access is limited to approved Problem team members and invited client users. Credentials may not be shared, transferred, published or used by anyone other than the person to whom they were issued.
2. Confidentiality
Materials available through Management may include confidential strategies, communications, proposals, creative work, business information and client data. Users agree to protect that information and use it only for the authorized project or engagement.
3. Client materials and permissions
Users represent that they have authority to upload, share or reference any files, data, links or materials submitted through Management. Ownership of client materials remains with the applicable owner, subject to the governing engagement agreement.
4. Workspaces and visibility
Client accounts are scoped to the portal, projects, files, tasks and history assigned to that client. Problem team accounts may have broader operational visibility. Problem may change, suspend or revoke access when an engagement ends, credentials expire, security is at risk or these terms are violated.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another client’s workspace, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected systems or use Management for unlawful activity.
6. Google and connected services
Management may display information from Google Drive, Google Calendar and other connected services. Those providers remain the source of truth for their data and are governed by their own terms. Access is limited by the permissions granted to each user.
7. Records and monitoring
Problem may retain access records, work history, changes, approvals and security events to operate the service, support engagements, protect users and maintain an accurate project record.
8. Availability and professional judgment
Management is an operational tool and may change over time. Automated summaries, recommendations and connected data do not replace professional judgment, contractual approvals or final human review.
